Most of the features in Tech Stack are unlimited: the number of web pages and funnels you can host, the contacts you can store, the number of courses and products you can host.
Access to the Tech Stack is free in perpetuity, as long as you are a member of the University.
The only essential upfront cost is purchasing a unique domain name for your website. This is necessary to deploy your website, and we'll cover how to do it in the Tech Stack Blueprint videos. You can browse and purchase a domain via Tech Stack, or you can connect a domain you already own for free. Domains can vary widely in cost but can be as little as a few dollars per year.
Otherwise, some additional costs apply based on usage:
- Phone Calls & SMS – In order to use the phone system, you must purchase or connect a phone number. Calls and SMS are then billed per usage* (calling: $0.014/min, receiving calls: $0.0085/min; SMS $0.0075/segment).
- Email Sending - Emails sent are charged at $0.675/1000 emails.
- Email Verification - This feature determines if an email recipient is contactable before you start sending emails, and is charged at $2.50/1000 email verifications sent.
- Dedicated Email IP - This feature is available at $59/month. Adding your email domain (e.g. info@yourcoachingcompany.com) is easily set up and has no cost, apart from purchasing the domain as mentioned above.
- WhatsApp - WhatsApp integration is charged at $10/month. Templates sent cost $0.0555 or $0.0231 depending on the type of template, and non-template replies are free.
- Workflow Premium Triggers and Actions - Certain advanced workflow actions and triggers accrue additional costs. The amount depends on the type of action or triggers used.
- AI Employees - A number of AI tools are available, including Reviews AI (automatically responds to reviews), Funnel & Website AI (helps build funnels and websites), Content AI (helps create text and image content), and Workflow AI Assistant (helps build workflows). These are charged based on usage and type of tool.
- Media Storage - Media Storage is not unlimited however the cap is very high, and as long as you regularly clear out unused assets and use size-optimised files, you won't run into it.
Additional costs are collected via a wallet system:
Your wallet balance is automatically topped up using the card on file when it runs below a certain threshold. Any additional costs are then deducted from your wallet balance. The wallet system ensures your card is not charged for every tiny microtransaction.
You can manage your wallet recharge settings and view your balance in the Tech Stack by clicking Settings > Billing > Wallet & Transactions.
