For your course assessment, you will be required to submit different components, such as a Knowledge Assessment or Coaching Observation, depending on your course requirements.

We recommend allowing 2 weeks for your results to be reviewed. If there are any issues with your submission, we will reach out to you.

Once you’ve passed, you will receive a notification and your digital certificate will then be available to view and download in the Certificate section of your account.

Additionally, we will send a physical certificate in the post. While we strive to process these as quickly as possible, we advise allowing up to a month for delivery.
