I’ve completed a course/module but can’t see my certificate. What should I do?

First, pop into the Certificates section of your Member’s Area (click your profile picture > Certificates) to check if it’s appeared there. If it’s still missing after a little while, feel free to reach out to the Support team via the same menu.
