To update your payment details, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account as usual.
If there’s a payment issue, you’ll see a notification banner at the top of your dashboard. Click Update Payment from this banner.
Alternatively, click on your profile picture and select Subscription and Billing.
You’ll be redirected to our secure payment portal > Click Fix Payment.
If prompted, select Add New Payment Method and enter your updated card details.
Choose the new payment method and click Confirm Selection.
Once the payment is successfully processed, you’ll see a confirmation message and your plan will be active again.
