Previously called The Social Masters, the company was originally founded in 2018 by Lewis Raymond Taylor. Lewis had built his own successful online coaching business and spotted an opportunity to support other coaches in taking their business online.
In 2019, the company was re-modelled after Liam James Collins came onboard and absorbed his offline coaching training academy, The Aspiration Hub, into the business.
The company was renamed around the identity of Lewis and Liam, who were commonly known as ‘The Coaching Masters’.
Over the last three years, the company has evolved and diversified its team to attract other customers by introducing trainers and facilitators to deliver its training and workshops. As a result, the 4800+ customers spanning over 85 countries have now taken over the identity of its founders.
Today the company and growing community is widely known as ‘The Coaching Masters Community’.
