There are two ways to submit your Coaching Observation:
Option 1: Share a Zoom Cloud Recording Link
This option is for those using a Zoom Premium account with recordings saved to the Zoom Cloud.
Important:
To ensure your video can be reviewed, your recording link must be publicly accessible.
How to Share Your Zoom Cloud Recording:

Log in to your Zoom account at
zoom.us/signin
.
- Go to the Recordings tab in the left sidebar.
- Find your desired recording and click Share.
In the sharing pop-up:
- Toggle off the "Password Protect" option.
- Click Show to view the recording link.
- Copy the link and paste it into the Coaching Observation Submission Form.
Option 2: Upload a Video from Your Device or Other Platforms
If you're using:
- A free Zoom account (with local recordings)
- Another video platform (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox)
You can upload your recording to any video hosting platform that generates a shareable link.
Remember:
Include the link in your Coaching Observation Submission Form, along with your Certificate Name and Complete Address.
How to Upload via Google Drive
Step 1: Upload Your Video

Visit
google.com
and click the Google Apps icon (top-right corner).
- Open Google Drive.
- Click New > File Upload.
- Select your Coaching Observation video and click Open.
Step 2: Share the Video Link
- In Google Drive, right-click on the uploaded video and select Get Link.
- Set the access to "Anyone with the link".
- Click Copy link.
- Paste the link into your Coaching Observation Submission Form.
