There are two ways to submit your Coaching Observation:

Option 1: Share a Zoom Cloud Recording Link

This option is for those using a Zoom Premium account with recordings saved to the Zoom Cloud.

Important:

To ensure your video can be reviewed, your recording link must be publicly accessible.

How to Share Your Zoom Cloud Recording:

1. Log in to your Zoom account at zoom.us/signin .
2. Go to the Recordings tab in the left sidebar.
3. Find your desired recording and click Share.

In the sharing pop-up:

• Toggle off the "Password Protect" option.
• Click Show to view the recording link.
• Copy the link and paste it into the Coaching Observation Submission Form.

Option 2: Upload a Video from Your Device or Other Platforms

If you're using:

• A free Zoom account (with local recordings)
• Another video platform (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox)
