I help women , find a new direction in life using the steps to self discovery. Beginning on my own journey after a dark time in my life where i felt lost , stuck and worthless. i used coaching and mindset to lift my personal development to a more positive living . I changed my self perception and faced up to the barriers that kept holding me back for years.This gave me the knowledge and power to step up and help other women and mums who are experienceing the same but don’t know where to turn. My self discovery journey gave me a new purpose in life , i owned up to myself and took charge of my own happiness in life. I found out who i was and what i was capable of to adjust my behaviour become self aware through the power of coaching . This is why i have gone on to build my own coaching business to be able to guide others to take charge and own their super power .. change their lives or their business to succeed and live a happier life.

I offer 1 hour coaching sessions with Reflection sheet £100 p h
I offer a 12 week Essence of soul strategy coaching program with reflections workbook , recorded zoom calls with a free discovery call private fb group, weekly x 12 ,90 min sessions , Unlimited support , free access to workshops that are running for the duration of the program . £1
I offer 6 hours Intense Essence of Soul strategy Session for a more structured , indepth and intense strategy planning to a view at moving forward faster or looking at what needs to be done. This is usually good for a start up Business plan but can be used for personal use also. A free discovery call and access to fb group and support also a 1.1 60 min session can be added for a few weeks later to keep the action steps accountable
£ 575 over 1-2 days
I work online via a video session with zoom . this includes a recording and a reflections workbook to keep notes and action steps from each session.
I also work off line to work face to face and hold goal setting meetings message me for more details if this is something you are intrested in .
