I want to say that me being a Life & Nutritionist Coach! l hope to help single mums and mothers in general, that are struggling by being stuck in an unhealthy mindset get unstuck. what I see is Even when you can’t see it yourself, we see you as a smart, kind, thoughtful, grounded, powerful woman. I am so passionate about helping others mums and others. I know what it feels like to be stuck! I have come a long way by changing the way I believe in myself and my capabilities. I had to dig deep down inside myself and change the perception of what I thought in my mind to re-wire my mindset to become unstuck.

I offer a 12-week programmes SuperMum Coaching Programme: Comprising of weekly, 1-hour coaching sessions, regular phone check-ins, and an initial 2-hour deep-dive breakthrough session for $1,000. Or you can buy one-off sessions for $75.00 P/H.
I work online via zoom and over the phone with recorded sessions, and updated phone calls.
I had some coaching sessions with her Travis and I must say he helped me a whole lot with a struggle with being stuck with Nutrition.🙂
