For my whole life, I felt like I wasn’t enough. I wasn’t good enough, I wasn’t thin enough, I wasn’t pretty enough, I wasn’t lovable enough. I came from a pretty dysfunctional family. My mother abandoned us when I was very young. My father was a habitual criminal and abusive, so my siblings and I were tossed to family members. I ran away from home at 18 and never looked back. I have been on a soul searching journey my entire life. I have read just about every self-help book available and Today, through the AA 12-Step program, intensive counseling and an awesome coach, I know, beyond a shadow of a double, that I am a strong, beautiful, intelligent woman. I have gone through all the trials and tribulations of my life to share with other women like me that they, too, are strong and beautiful. I can help you, too.

I offer a 12 Week program – Remove the Doubt: Comprising of weekly 1 hour coaching sessions, regular e-mail check-ins and an initial 1-2 hour deep-dive breakthrough session for $1,500.
