As a former Headteacher, teaching was my life for over 20 years; but so too was being a mum and a daughter and a sister and a friend and a mentor and a leader and a million and one other things that you’re expected to cram into 12 hours a day! Juggling the demands of the profession and the demands of family can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, inadequate and on the brink of burn-out. Spinning so many plates, worried that one, or even two, or maybe them all would topple, fall and smash into a thousand tiny pieces at any minute, is exhausting, stressful and emotionally draining.
But, believe me when I tell you that it doesn’t need to be that way. You have the power to choose how many plates you want to spin. You have the power to control your work-life balance, without sacrificing your job or your family. You have the power to free yourself from the feelings of stress and overwhelm. I offer a 12-week Teacher Career Coaching Programme: Comprising of weekly, 1-hour coaching sessions, regular phone check-ins, and an initial 90-minute deep-dive breakthrough session for £840. Or you can buy one-off sessions for £80 P/H.
I work online via video session, which includes a recording of our session and typed session notes.
