I’m a resilient individual who faced challenges, including adoption and identity struggles. I was adopted at a young age and struggled to find my identity and self-worth, until I was reunited with my biological family at 18. This was a turning point of my self-discovery and healing journey. Married for 18 years, my husband and I have known each other since we were 11 years old, he was and is my best friend. We experienced the joy of our first daughter in 2009 but also the heartbreaking loss of our second child in 2011. Although I am a mental health professional, all the training in the world could not prepare me for the hurt and pain of losing a child! I battled deep depression and job dissatisfaction, compounded by a medical issue from an epidural that left me legally disabled.
Despite these challenges, I survived, I made it through the storm, I faced my fears and I want to help you do the same. I’m motivated by helping others find their inner strength. As your life coach, I leverage my social work and HR background to assist you in achieving personal and professional goals. Bachelors in Sociology & Social Work 2002, Masters in Social Work 2004 – 18+ years providing counseling, therapy services to children, youth, individuals, groups, and families. 3 month – I offer a 12-week Success Coaching Program: Comprising of weekly, 1 hour coaching sessions, regular phone check ins, and an initial 2 hour deep-dive breakthrough session for $1,680. Or you can buy one off sessions for $120/Hour.
2 month – I offer a 8-week Success Coaching Program: Comprising of weekly, 1 hour coaching sessions, regular phone check ins, and an initial 2 hour deep-dive breakthrough session for $960. Or you can buy one off sessions for $120/Hour.
1 – Month – I offer a 4-week Success Coaching Program: Comprising of weekly, 1 hour coaching sessions, regular phone check ins, and an initial 2 hour deep-dive breakthrough session for $720 Or you can buy one off sessions for $120/Hour.
I am based in the United States and welcome clients from around the world. If you are located outside the US, please inform me, and we can arrange a suitable schedule to accommodate your time zone. My sessions are conducted online via video calls and include session recordings as well as typed session notes.
