You, my friend, can become an un-apologetically confident and happy woman who can take care of herself and her loved one. It might not be seen now. you feel emotionally abused in your relationship, have low self-esteem, and lack confidence. Know this it can be different, you can empower/ be empowered to change your story. You see 12 years ago, I was there: an emotionally abused divorcee lacking confidence. Using the power of mindset, personal development, and finding my real purpose, I overcame adversity, moved across the globe, and now my life is completely different. I feel this drive to support women in situations like that to be empowered and know there is always hope with the right support.
You might be thinking you can’t do it, be emotionally drained, lacking self-esteem, wanting a better life for yourself and your loved ones. You want the confidence to move out of situations that no longer save you, build self-esteem and confidence to stand tall and proud of who you are/ You don’t seek validation from others, you want to overcome your fears and negative thoughts, and live a life you desire. I help women like to re-frame their mindset, be empowered, and be unapologetically themselves.

I offer a 12 week Being un-apologetically Me Coaching program. It comprises weekly 1-hour coaching sessions, weekly email, and phone call check-ins, and an initial 90-minute break-through session or £115 per hour session
I work online via a video session. The sessions include a recording of our sessions and types notes from the session. Sessions are confidential and you are in a safe space. Soon I will be adding holistic modalities as part of the session to enhance your experience and help you reach your desired goals mind, body, soul.
