Grief is so crippling. It’s like a disease that eats away at your peaceful existence and when you are wrapped in it, it is so difficult to see through the deluge. Even if that event only happened to you, your grief permeates into everything that your life touches. Your relationships, your career, your playtime and your downtime.
Just a few short years ago, I had a rude awakening and realised that my buried grief had turned me into someone incapable of receiving any love and care from even those close to me. All the wonderful things life had to offer me, were so far out of reach because I thought that everyone around me dies, and therefore what use am I?
And so I embarked on the most incredible journey of my life and walked the Camino de Santiago. It was a pilgrimage that started in Spain but continues every day of my life.
It was the start of a journey into my grief and awakening that relit the fire in my soul and the courage to face anything that life would through at me.
But you don’t need to go on a pilgrimage to start seeing the light again, although I would highly recommend it. What you need is a non-judgmental partner along your journey of grief. Because, much like a pilgrimage, we all travel with grief in our own way. There is no real end, but there is hope, peace and clarity in realising the privilege of holding onto the unexpired love that we hold in our hearts and every fibre of our being.

I offer a six-week programme, Grief and Clarity Coaching, comprising weekly 1-hour coaching sessions, for USD 900.00, including a preliminary 2-hour call, focusing on your current state and breakthrough session.
In addition, if you are heading onto the Camino de Santiago, or considering pilgrimage I offer one-off sessions of USD 150.00 each to support you with your purpose, and the desired outcome of your walk, as well as transitional coaching when you return from pilgrimage.
I work online, which will include a recording (if you so desire) as well as journaling and work notes from our sessions.
