I am originally from Rhodesia(Zimbabwe). When I was thirteen years old, my family moved to Cape Town, South Africa. When living in Cape Town, I had good and bad experiences which were not easy. I believe, being open about issues that can and often do lead to mental health issues, is vital to enabling people to maintain good health physically as well as mentally.
In 2001 I moved to Wales, United Kingdom, as a result of mental health issues caused by being raped. This event was a crucial point in helping me learn how to turn negative events into positive ones. I have experienced a lot of different events which have helped me learn how to turn them into something positive and now I can use my experiences/knowledge to help other people who suffer from similar issues.

Face-to-Face sessions at customer’s residence – £50.00/hr
Face-to-Face sessions at business premises – £40/hr
Online 1 to 1 session (12 weekly 1-hour sessions £1200)
Online 1 to 1 session (1-hour sessions £110/hr)
Online group sessions (12 weekly 1-hour sessions £800)
I work online via video session, which includes a recording of our session and typed session notes. Any slide presentations etc will be sent to the client.
Face-to-Face sessions can be recorded and printed reports or extra information will be given to the client.
