Like many other women, I also had my ups and downs. My story with healing started when I had to face my postpartum depression and issues concerning my weight. With that, came the lack of confidence, stress, depression, anxiety, etc. A very difficult period in my life, not only for me but for those around me.
It took time, but I won the battle. It wasn’t easy. Unfortunately, I noticed that the support, awareness, and information were not there. I also found that mental health was still taboo among women after giving birth. Women were not discussing their emotions in the open nor were they supporting each other. We are told to “toughen up”, “it will pass” or “don’t worry we all go through this”… Well, some of us do not!
With struggle, I made it, I had help from a professional. It took me a long time between the sessions and my inner struggles to actually overcome postpartum depression and only recently weight loss.
I am passionate about helping others! I know what it feels like to be stuck and completely powerless! Deep inside you do know you must change, for yourself, for your family or children…you have to change. For that reason I am here to help women in similar situations wanting to overcome their issues for good, wanting to transform and achieve bliss. Happiness is possible.

c) Online Course: CONQUERING HAPPINESS, steps on how to overcome loneliness and live a happier life. I work online via Zoom/Skype/Microsoft Teams. The sessions can be recorded if requested and I write notes throughout our sessions. I combine holistic approaches as well as NLP, Hypnotherapy and coaching techniques and tools to guide you through your sessions and depending on which program you book. You can book separate Reiki Healing sessions in person (if you are in Denmark) or long distance.
