From depression and anxious each day to waking up with happiness and fulfilment. I strive and I’m so passionate about helping other people feel what I feel. Do you want change? Currently on the coaching masters accreditation
I offer a 12 week coaching package to shift mindset and get to your goals- includes : 1 weekly 1hour coaching session, regular check ins and soon to come ebook for 1,200. Or pay as you go sessions £110 per hour
I work via zoom video call or phone call. You will receive a copy of notes from each session via email.
