First and foremost I try to be the best mother I can be to my beautiful 4 children. I have a small equestrian business that is really at the moment in its infancy labor of love but I’m hoping to pursue it and grow with it. I have a regular day job working for “Greggs” which brings me into contact with a variety of people from all walks of life.

I offer hourly sessions, weekly when you think it’s needed, but 12-week programs achieve the best results
Whether hourly or 12-week programs there is always a 2hour getting to know you, discover your ambitions and any problems your currently dealing with.
I work mainly Online, via video links i.e Zoom or other platforms. Happy to meet for face-to-face sessions. I record online sessions and take notes for both online and face to face sessions
