Growing up I had a pretty normal childhood, with mum, dad and my sister. Then in 2008, when I was 16 I started practicing meditation, and everything changed. I saw that life is about giving what we expect to get, it’s about selfless service and devotion to the good and acceptance of the bad.
I’ve been through a long journey exploring myself, finding my true identity. I went to university, dropped out, later got a marketing degree, but I felt distant to myself. Then I got pregnant and everything changed. I met my little girl and I knew I wanted to give her the best. I went on a journey of true self exploring and I found my calling in coaching.
I want to help you to explore and find yourself just like I did, through different spiritual and coaching techniques. I want you to connect your heart to your body and find your true identity.
I believe that unless you know who you are and have 100% authenticity, you can’t run your business in full force!
