I help women (especially Mums) who have lost their way, feel stuck in the same spot and have lost their motivation to get to the life they dream of.
I understand any woman who feels lost and has their ideal life in their head but hasn’t got the drive to get it.
In 2019, I suffered a stroke when my son was 2 and a half. I lost every ounce of motivation and I wasn’t the person I was before, I certainly wasn’t the person I wanted to be.
That’s why I wanted to become a coach, to make sure I give my all to every woman who needs me, to ensure they never forget that all is not lost and they can be the person they want to be.
I will be your motivator, your biggest cheerleader and I won’t stop until you’re content with who you are.

I offer 1:1 individual sessions at £45.
6 weekly sessions are £250 (£30 discount as a package).
12 weekly sessions £450 (£90 discount as a package).
I also offer a 90 day ‘Get YOU Back’ course which is £100.*
Every package/course (excluding the one-off individual sessions) includes 24/7 access to me VIA WhatsApp, a free background/context session, resources & self-research sheets.
*The ‘Get YOU Back’ 90-day course includes everything a normal package includes, plus a free Facebook group where others on the course can join to communicate & support each other.
Every package comes with a free background/context session in which I get to know you and your reasons for wanting to be coached. This is always held over a phone call where I make quick notes and then send you a typed action plan for what we will be doing over the next sessions.
I offer phone calls and Zoom calls.
I have even had one person book sessions but she had to go into work unexpectedly so we held our session VIA Google Chat. I can work around anything.
