My life had been a whirlwind of mentoring, voluntary, and community projects until last year when I finally realized that I am awesome and deserve to be paid for the sunshine I bring into people’s lives!
I am not afraid to get silly and I genuinely love to bring warmth, Joy, and Fun to my coaching. I’m a huge advocate of dancing, singing, dressing up, playing, laughing, and generally letting go of judgment!!

I offer a monthly subscription package which includes regular 1:1 coaching with me, weekly zoom group coaching and support, and a safe and loving facebook container. Subscriptions are priced between £32.50 per month and £109 per month. Individual Coaching sessions are priced at £100 per hour.
I work online via video session, which can include a recording if requested.
