I offer a complimentary 30 minutes Discovery Session. A great opportunity to get to know each other to make sure we are a good fit! I offer the following sessions.
Normal one hour coaching session per hour £115. If we agree more sessions I can offer a discounted rate. My advice is at least three sessions in order to get the benefits of each session.
Minimum of three one hour coaching sessions delivered via Zoom £300. We can plan how regular you would like these sessions. From experience I find a six month programme will give you positive results and outcomes.
I find that virtual coaching via zoom works well. The sessions can be tailored around your other commitments and personal circumstances. We can record sessions. There will be coaching tasks for you to complete between our sessions.
