Hello, my name is Hannah. I am a qualified teacher and an accredited life coach passionate to help people find their inner strength. At BYou, we believe that everyone has the potential to live a positive and fulfilling life. Our self-development coaching services are designed to help use tools and techniques to re-wire your brain so you gain self-acceptance, build confidence, and truly love the person you see when you look in the mirror. I provide personalised support through 1-2-1 coaching and group coaching services.

1-2-1 Coaching is £50 P/H
Group Coaching workshops work based on a subscription basis:
weekly is £200, biweekly is £120 and monthly is £75
I work online via video session, 1-2-1 coaching includes a recording of our session and typed session notes. Group workshops also include a recording of our session with access to presentation pdf and additional resources.
A clients review on how the group workshop helped them change their perspective to enable them to achieve their goal – “Definitely helped with the little demons inside telling me I shouldn’t, I can’t and will not. I need to believe I have the will power to either say no I’m okay or just stick to the one or little bit.”
