I am a skilled Multidisciplinary Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in Life Coaching, NLP, Acupuncture, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With a Bachelor’s degree in Western & Eastern Medicine from Galway Collage of Acupuncture & Ramsey Institute of Strategic Coaching, I have honed my expertise in diverse modalities to support holistic well-being.

Throughout my career, I have held various roles including Clinic Manager, Senior Acupuncturist, and Massage Therapist. These experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of the human mind-body connection and the tools necessary to facilitate transformative change.

How I Work

During the coaching sessions, I work primarily online via video conferencing platforms, ensuring convenient and accessible sessions for clients regardless of their location. Here’s an elaboration on how I run the sessions:

Video Sessions: I conduct coaching sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, such as Zoom or Skype. These platforms provide a face-to-face interaction that allows for effective communication and connection.

Recording: With your consent, I can record the coaching sessions for your convenience and reference. This allows you to revisit the sessions later, reinforcing key insights and learnings. It also helps in capturing important details or strategies discussed during the session.

Typed Session Notes: Alongside the session recording, I take detailed typed session notes. These notes capture the main points, action steps, and any specific exercises or resources discussed during the session. These notes serve as a reference for both you and me to track progress and ensure continuity between sessions.

Active Listening and Engagement: Throughout the session, I actively listen to your thoughts, concerns, and goals. I ask powerful questions to encourage self-reflection and deeper exploration. I provide empathetic support and create a non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself.

Goal Setting and Action Planning: Together, we set meaningful and achievable goals that align with your vision and aspirations. We break down these goals into actionable steps, creating a clear action plan for your progress. I help you identify potential obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them.
