I help people who are seeking to add more wellness and balance to their lives. My biggest passion is to work with busy professionals and help them discover ways to reduce the risk of/recover from burnout, to reduce work-related stress, and to live their best lives. I also work with organisations in this area and help them to promote wellness amongst their employees so that they can become more productive, reduce absenteeism, increase employee morale, and increase employee engagement.
I’m a mother of 2 based in the UK. I spent some time undertaking computing qualifications which eventually led to an ordinary degree. I found that this wasn’t the path for me and found a career in the care industry. I spend two and a half years in elderly with dementia care and then the same amount of time in autism support. And this is where I suffered burnout and work-related stress. So I decided that something needed to change. I started taking better care of myself and learning to say “no” to overtime once my hours had hit a maximum amount, as well as using evidence-based techniques to reduce stress. The tools and techniques I learned to improve all areas of my life changed everything. And that’s why I became a coach – to help others achieve that state of wellness and balance in their lives. I help busy people like you all the time to do all of this and more.

I offer a 12-week Holistic Harmony coaching programme which is completely tailored to your needs as an individual. This comprises of 1 x 90 minute goal setting session and 11 x 60 minute coaching sessions, access to session recordings, a personalised action plan, and email support. The investment here is £1,997.
I offer a 6-week Radiant Renewal coaching programme which is completely tailored to your needs as an individual. This comprises of 1 x 90 minute goal setting session and 5 x 60 minute coaching sessions, access to session recordings, a personalised action plan, and email support. The investment here is £997.
I offer a one-off 90 minute Insight Session which is tailored to your needs as an individual. You get access to the session recording and a clear action plan designed to move you closer to your goals. The investment here is £225.
I offer packages for organisations. These are tailored to the needs of the organisation and includes a needs assessment. The investment for the organisation is dependent on the size of the company and what their needs are. I advise you get in touch and we can discuss this further.
I work online via Zoom at the present time. This will include a video recording of the session and you will be given access to this as well as detailed session notes.
