I turned 40 recently and just prior had a full on, mid-life, existential crisis. I looked back at my life and instead of seeing everything I’d achieved, I only saw what I was lacking and hadn’t yet done, despite now being, undeniably, a proper grown-up. Having experienced anxiety for much of my life and also bouts of depression, I quickly found myself in a dark, panicky, downward spiral. So I soul-searched, I self-explored, I self-developed and I got my shit together and looked at the amazing life that I had. Overcoming anxiety consistently, I have always worked, in some pretty exciting and stressful jobs to boot. Overcoming self-doubt and fear, I have studied and learnt and progressed. Overcoming deep-seated relationship trauma, I am married to a wonderful man and have an amazing daughter despite professing for many years that I would never be able to cope with being a mum. The 12 week Change your Life signature programme costs £1950 – includes a 2 hour initial session, followed by 10 x 45 mins weekly sessions and a 1 hour results finale. Also includes Facebook group lifetime access.
The 6 week Make It Happen Bitesize programme costs £950 and comprises of a 1 hour initial session followed by 4 x 40 mins weekly sessions and a 45 mins results finale. Includes 6 weeks Facebook group access.
An Intensive Coaching Session for quick results is also available, priced at £450 – comprises a 3 hour session, bespoke takeaway action plan and optional follow-up session
I work online via video session, which includes a recording of our session and typed session notes. I offer messenger support and access to the private Facebook community. You will also be offered a bespoke action plan and provided with takeaway resources at the end of the programme to support you to maintain results.
