From a young age I have been a curious soul, always looking for the next opportunity to explore life and humans! I was told my first experience was when at the ripe age of 3 that I snuck off from my grandmas house and went to see my great grandma and apparently stopped to chat to a black cat!I didnt tell anyone, I was a confident little gal and just went for what I believed in. I always had a wunderlust for life and everything in it. lol.
I am a highly sensitive person (basically that is a trait that only 20% of population have) we are gifted as we tune in well to others and I am an empath. This was not always a gift though and throughout my teens and twenties it took me on a spiral of depression, addiction to alcohol, nicotine, sex and feeling lost as I didn’t know how to use it or protect my energies. Skip forward a whole lot of self-study, thousands of pounds invested in travel, spiritual and holistic training
and living in the UK, Spain, Denmark, Belgium, India, Malaysia, Indonesia I have thankfully embraced that inner child of 3 and now use it daily to bring joy, freedom and empowerment in my life.
I was born to empower others and spread love and support, I have been guiding others for as long as I can remember. I have a beautiful memory of the old telephones with the curly wires and friends calling me when I was a teenager. My mum used to say – ” Make sure you take care of you Kels, as well as others!” it took me years to figure that one out but I did, and now I am here to help you do the same! Love and light Kelly

I offer two 12 week experiences called ‘Empowered souls’ and ‘Liberating the Highly Sensitive Person’. These comprise of, 1 hour coaching sessions, regular phone and private messaging/check-in service, a one hour reiki clear and connect session and an initial 2 hour deep-dive breakthrough session for £1,444.
I work online via zoom. I send appropriate report or materials needed to follow up the session.
