I offer a one off 1-1 PT taster session for just £20 which can be virtual or in person in Northampton, UK
Sessions are a mixture of phone calls, zoom sessions, workouts app and programme handouts such as a customised nutrition plan
Current Client Story, Chloe:
Chloe has a partner, a full-time job and two children so time was limited. When Chloe started with me, she had hit rock bottom and was considering giving up. Chloe was drinking alcohol daily and had started taking out her stress and low mood on her partner so the relationship was a breaking point. Lockdown had really taken a toll on her.
