I offer therapeutic services to resolve trauma, anxiety, negative memories, fears, phobias, grief or anything keeping you stuck in a place you no longer want to be. I offer packages of three, four or five sessions of therapy before a two week break which will allow you to look at your future and what you want in it.
After this we embark on a journey with coaching to create the life you never thought you could have. Sessions can be booked in blocks of twelve with the option to extend.
All sessions are weekly, for one hour, including regular check ins which we will agree in our first session.
We will have an initial consultation to decide if we are a good fit and to discuss your investment in yourself – however packages range from £297 to £1200
We can work online or face to face.
We would start by resolving any trauma, negative memories, anxiety, fear or phobias that have stopped you from living your life to the full. We then complete an identity update. We do this by using therapeutic techniques listed above.
After clearing the past, we look at the future.
We will then move into coaching to allow you to transform your life into a life you never thought you could have – if we come across any further issues, we would also resolve them with some of the processes above.
