As for me, I aspire to be someone who finds beauty in every facet of life and gives more than they take.
How about you?
Well, I certainly don’t want to be a person grappling with bipolar disorder, anxiety, and triggers anymore!
It wasn’t until 2017, when I watched Prince William and Harry present ‘Mind over Marathon,’ that I mustered the courage to reveal my own struggle with bipolar disorder to my parents. I knew they had watched it, and I sensed their curiosity had been piqued. It felt like my best opportunity to shed the protective bandaid I had worn for years, hiding the fact that something was profoundly amiss.
My life has been a journey of confronting challenges head-on, from battling mental health issues and childhood trauma to wrestling with drug addiction and alcohol abuse. I spent an immense amount of time feeling empty while supporting others, often neglecting my own health and well-being. It was high time I confronted the demons that had haunted me for so long, turning them into sources of pride rather than shame. I realized that these experiences could provide me with a purpose, a way to help others.
I now lead a mindful life, seamlessly integrating mindfulness into my professional endeavors. I discovered that to maintain a healthy balance and keep the everyday chaos at bay, you must blur the lines between personal and professional life.
In an imperfect world, it’s often a challenge to be holistic at work while staying true to corporate demands. But I believe it’s possible to fuse the two, creating a more balanced and meaningful existence for ourselves and those we serve. 🌿🌟

Coaching Session Format:
1. Online Video Sessions: All of my coaching sessions are conducted online through video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet. Online sessions provide flexibility for myself and my clients to attend from the comfort of their own space, eliminating the need for travel and ensuring sessions can take place regardless of geographical location.
2. Session Recording: I record each coaching session with the client’s consent. This serves multiple purposes:
– Reference: My clients can review the recording at their convenience to revisit key insights and action items discussed during the session.
– Accountability: Both myself and my client can refer back to the recording to track progress and ensure that goals and commitments are being met.
– Quality Assurance: Recording my sessions can also serve as a quality assurance measure, helping me to improve my coaching skills and techniques.
3. Typed Session Notes: In addition to session recordings, session notes are typed after the coaching session by myself. These notes capture key takeaways, action items, and any insights gained during the session. These can be forwarded to my client if required.
Session Structure:
1. Goal Setting and Agenda: Each coaching session begins with a discussion of my client’s goals and the specific agenda for that session. This helps ensure that the coaching process remains focused and aligned with my client’s objectives.
2. Exploration and Insight: I guide my client through a process of exploration and self-discovery. This may involve asking probing questions, exploring thought patterns, and identifying obstacles or limiting beliefs that may be hindering progress.
3. Action Planning: Based on the insights gained during the session, myself and the client collaboratively develop actionable steps and strategies to work towards my client’s goals. These action plans are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
4. Accountability and Progress Tracking: I also help the client set up mechanisms for accountability. This may include tracking progress on action items, setting milestones, and discussing any challenges or setbacks encountered.
5. Support and Encouragement: Throughout the session, I will provide emotional support and encouragement. I will create a safe and non-judgmental space for the client to share their thoughts and feelings.
6. Feedback and Reflection: Towards the end of the session, myself and my client will take time to reflect on the insights gained and the progress made. We may discuss any shifts in mindset or behaviour observed during the session.
Between-Session Support:
1. WhatsApp Access: My clients will have access to WhatsApp support between sessions, allowing them to reach out for quick questions, clarifications, or support in real-time. This enhances the ongoing support and connection throughout the coaching journey. This will be limited to between 10am and 7pm.
2. Email Support: Depending on the chosen package, clients may also have access to email support for more in-depth inquiries or reflections between sessions. This will be limited to between 10am and 7pm.
3. Phone support: Depending on the chosen package the client will also have access to phone support between session and emergency contact when needed. This will be limited to between 10am and 7pm, other phone support can be available at my discretion.
Overall, my coaching approach is designed to provide my clients with a structured and supportive environment for personal growth and achievement of their goals. The combination of video sessions, session recordings, typed notes, and ongoing support channels ensures a comprehensive and effective coaching experience.
