I am Adam Leonard and I grew up with a deeply caring nature and a natural sixth sense, that could see and feel the world around me in a completely different way to others, I seemed to look much deeper and broader than most and I felt alone and alien in a blinkered world. Over many years I found the courage to own my unique way of seeing the world and developed my perceptive talents through studying Counselling, Hypnotherapy Psychology, Psychic development and coaching. I have a passion for helping people live authentic deeply fulfilling lives that follows their own inner calling. I specialise in helping spiritually inclined people who have always felt that they were destined to do something different, but haven’t quite found the confidence or insight to step out of the matrix of normality and create their extraordinary life on their terms. I do this with a specific form of coaching that I have refined over many years called “Soul Growth Coaching”. It incorporates my skill and knowledge from working as a Psychic Healer on live TV for over 20 years; over 10 years of Counselling and Hypnotherapy experience; and psychological analysis, belief and identity shifting techniques from being an accredited coach to create truly profound self-discoveries, and lasting transformation. The Transformation package: 12 week transformation package: 12 X 1 hour 30 min sessions (A uniquely tailored fusion of Deep dive and upgrade sessions) one per week. Additionally you get unlimited use of the mini soul growth session video message service (usually ÂŁ15) that allows you to ask questions and get a thorough response that may include an excercise to do and an action step. I work via online video sessions that a pre booked at a mutually agreed upon time. Every session is intuitively led and varies for the specifc individual’s needs. The best way to explan how I work is by explaining the typical pattern the 12 week 1-1 Soul Growth Coaching Transformation package would work.
It is tailored specifically for your unique goals and challenges. The 12 online sessions will involve 1x 90 minute session every week for 12 weeks. The sessions will involve taking a deep dive together into what is really holding you back from having your best life, whilst exponentially upgrading your inner world so you can attain true self-mastery and forge the life you want. The process will typically involve a deep dive session in week 1:
A deep dive session is a unique fusion of psychic guidance, counselling, mind, body, spirit mentoring and psychological analysis intended to uncover your deepest desires, challenges, and formulate an action plan to attain your goals
Agreed upon growth orientated actions will be scheduled. These often involve daily Mind, body, spirit alignment practices, to forge you into a powerful laser beam of raw intention and progress. It also often involves practical tasks designed to break you out of old limiting patterns and step you into your strength.
This is then supported with the next weeks session, the Upgrade session:
An upgrade session is an energetically attuned, intuitively guided hypnotherapy and energy healing session, designed to support deep dive coaching sessions and goal orientated actions by cleansing blocked energy, heightening your vibration, building your connection to your soul, and rewiring your subconscious to overcome personal traumas/challenges and unleash inner power to attain your desired goals
The next session is then a deep dive session that probes deeper, works through new challenges and revises strategies. The new goals and strategies are then supported again by further refined upgrade sessions. The cycle continues with each session building on the last producing exponential life transformation from the inside out.
Sessions do not always stick to the above format and are often fused into eachother in a multitude of ways according to the current need. A common fusion is 45 minutes deep dive coaching and 45 minutes of upgrade healing hypnotherapy.
In addition to the above you get unlimited use of the mini soul growth session video message service that allows you to ask questions and get a thorough response that may include an excercise to do and an action step.
