About The Role

We’re looking for an Operations wiz to fill in the role of Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the operations that relate to the customers and the operations that relate to the inner workings of our team. As part of our team, you are a problem solver who sees opportunities for optimization and automation, using data where you can.

With your skills, experience and passion, you will have a significant impact on The Coaching Masters’ ambitious growth plan by ensuring that the internal team has the proper training, processes, and resources to be as self-sufficient as possible.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the administration, business systems, and customer service departments together with 3 managers reporting to you.
  • Drive and manage the set-up of standard operating processes and policies to help managers successfully lead their teams (e.g. set-up new processes, optimize existing practices, etc.)
  • Working with various internal teams (e.g. Sales Team, Technology Team, etc.) to help drive tools, best practices and process improvements that affect business revenue.

Who You Are

About The Role

As an app developer, you will join our team delivering innovative experiences for our users.

The main project you will be working on is to develop our existing application and add new features onto the platform to make it the go-to platform for coaches!

We have multiple tasks pending already, and the biggest one is changing our branding (Logos & App names and some internal wording as well) on both platforms, also other tasks which will result in performance boost, as we’re not fully satisfied with the current performance and believe we could achieve better results.

You will be given the desired outcome and brief of the project and you’d then be required to create a plan with milestones and work using your own initiative with the rest of the technology team to get results, in an efficient and ambitious timeframe. 

This role will be roughly 70% Back End, 30% Front End.

  • Work closely with our Founding Team, reporting to our Technology Manager
  • Evolve our bootstrap MVP implementation for scale
  • Add new functionalities to the mobile app
  • Build and create new functions from scratch 

Who You Are

  • 3+ years experience in Laravel
  • 3+ years experience in React Native, Javascript
  • Experience in Typescript
  • 3+ years experience in relevant technologies to building an iOS app

The Job Description 

You will be responsible for handling our entire customer base of 5000+ existing customers that have already invested somewhere between $100 and $15,000 with us. 

We have several high value online courses that our customers could benefit from. We have a thriving online community where our customers often say they would be happy to re-invest back with us; however, due to the fast growth of the company 100% year on year,  most of our customers have not been contacted to maximise their lifetime value. 

This role would involve calling via phone or video, emailing and messaging all customers to build a solid friendly relationship with each customer and then begin to cross-sell our other courses that would be a good fit for their personal situation by making recommendations & closing sales directly over the phone.

To be successful at this role, you’ll need to be extremely comfortable reaching out to customers via Phone, email, social media, sending voice notes and record all  communications using our CRM. 

Commission 

There is an extremely generous, uncapped, commission structure here at The Coaching Masters, where you are in full control of your earnings. 

Our high-ticket courses are worth between $2,000-$10,000 from which you would receive between 5% & 10% commission for any sales you have closed. Commissions are paid monthly.

To earn $76,000 P/A in commission, you’d need to be closing $63,334-$126,666 in revenue per month at 5-10% which is only on average of around 31-62 sales a month. Which shouldn’t be a problem when you’re contacting hot existing customers!

Your Experience 

  • The right candidate must have 3 x years Sales Experience in an Account management role or similar. 
  • You must be able to demonstrate where you have closed high-ticket sales over the phone or via video call.

Specifically doing list building, organic outreach initiatives, and relationship building to entice potential leads to enter our sales funnel. We have a number of resources and marketing material to make your life as easy as possible – but we need you to help connect the people who need our help to find solutions they’ve been searching for.

The Coaching Masters now has a team of 80 people around the globe. Since 2019, we have established three thriving sub-brands: The Coaching Masters, CoachFlix & Cafe Coach, while boasting over 100% year-on-year growth and organically generating $4.2 million in revenues. And now, it’s time to officially launch our fourth and final powerhouse brand to combine everything the coaching world needs in one simple-to-use mobile application: CoachApp. We are now looking to scale aggressively so the right person for this role would be excited to work fast and earn a substantial commission in the process.

We are on a mission to give aspiring coaches the most advanced training tools and resources on the planet, in order to have the biggest positive impact on both their lives and their clients’ lives.

I have a very clear picture of the leads that we want to find and bring in and I’m looking for someone that will take initiative and execute.

I will provide guidance, strategy, and many resources to learn but I’m also looking for someone with experience sourcing leads via Social Media. I don’t want to train someone from scratch. But also looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow, with the potential to build out a team. 

Your role will consist of the following areas:

1.) Compiling lists of outreach leads

I will give you guidance on what leads we are looking for and will work on creating training on what types of customers we want to target.

Then we will want you to be able to take that and generate lead lists based on our criteria.

2.) Outreach and follow up

Once we have the list of targets to engage, you will need to engage them! Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn are a few great places to start with, but I am open to your ideas. We can brainstorm and create the messages together. Here you build rapport by providing podcasts, youtube episodes or blogs that can help them for free. 

3.) Offer lead magnets or sell low ticket products

Once you have a warm list of qualified and engaged leads that  you’ve warmed up, you will either:

  • Direct them to our company funnels such as a webinar that will sell our $9.99 membership 
  • Book a call with them to sell directly our $9.99 membership 
  • Use voice note or DM to sell our $9.99 membership

Once the membership is closed, a senior sales call is booked with our senior strategy team and a high ticket sale between $3,000-$10,000  is closed on your behalf – which you will receive 5% for. So your mission is to sell as many memberships as possible, that will convert into sales (our sales team have an average of a 35% close rate) and earn you commission.

The Role

About The Role

The role of Customer Service Support is split between two areas:

  • Sales Call Confirmation: Customer Service Support is responsible for the diary management of the Sales Team –  this involves confirming customer attendance, rescheduling or cancelling appointments. You will be responsible for ensuring that TCM customers are supported throughout the sales calls confirmation process quickly and effectively, and providing an amazing customer experience.
  • Customer Onboarding: As Customer Service Support, you are responsible for supporting TCM customers throughout all steps of the onboarding process. Customers must be onboarded into the Membership and onto our premium courses in a timely, effective way, without errors. 

Mainly, you are responsible for ensuring customers receive an amazing experience with TCM and setting the standard for customer service. Customer onboarding will be one of the first opportunities customers experience direct contact with TCM team members so it is essential onboarding is completed to the highest standard.
