Bonus: $50,000 PA
Equity: Ownership of company shares with a current value of $50,000 which is forecasted to be worth on average of $1,600,000 in 5 Years.

What We Do
At The Coaching Masters, we provide the education and qualifications to help people become online Life Coaches. Our products include a social networking application, a monthly membership subscription, live online accredited courses, and global co-working spaces and training centres.
We are deeply passionate about the power of coaching and what it can do for people’s lives, but also about how it helps our customers run their own self-employed, freedom-based, and passion-led, life coaching businesses.
Where We Are Right Now
We have built a strong community of 3,000 paying customers, have a team of 50, achieving revenue of $3m per year and recently received a $25m valuation as part of a funding round.
We now have the right team, infrastructure, marketing funnels, and scalable product-line, which means we are now looking for a talented Digital Marketing Director to scale our marketing efforts and 27X the business over the next 5 years and take us to $100m per year in revenue, based on a compound growth rate of roughly doubling the business revenue each year – this is something we’ve consistently done since being founded in 2019.
This role would have a combination of basic salary, a performance-based bonus and equity in the company. As the company grows your shares will grow in value and as a team we are all working towards a 5 year exit strategy where you will be able to exit the business with a substantial 7 figure payout which you may wish to explore early retirement with.
Here is a rough breakdown of what our forecasted growth looks like over the next 5 years and what you will expect to earn from the combination of our three-tier compensation plan.
- Estimate Earnings Year 0 – $100,000 + $50,000 + $50,000 = Total: $200,000
- Estimate Earnings Year 1 – $100,000 + $50,000 + $100,000 = Total: $250,000
- Estimate Earnings Year 2 – $100,000 + $50,000 + $200,000 = Total: $350,000
- Estimate Earnings Year 3 $100,000 + $50,000 + $400,000 = Total: $550,000
- Estimate Earnings Year 4 $100,000 + $50,000 + $800,000 = Total: $950,000
- Estimate Earnings Year 5 $100,000 + $50,000 + $1600,000 = Total: $1,750,000 (EXIT)
Shares are awarded following a successful 6 month probation period, and on the basis that you are committed to our 5 year exit plan at The Coaching Masters.
Our Marketing Strategy
We have spent the last 3 years creating an efficient and profitable funnel that converts customers and then takes them through our customer journey to maximise their lifetime value. In simple terms, we drive various types of traffic to a company webinar that educates people about life coaching as a career, we then sell our $9.99 per month membership, which is designed to nurture customers without any significant up-front costs. Once they have been in the community for 2 weeks our sales team up-sell our advanced live and accredited courses and packages worth between $2,000-$10,000. Our CAC is currently around $150 and our LTV is currently around $1,000 – so although we have optimisation to do, the funnel is already profitable with all teams and systems in place and we just need someone talented in marketing to find more traffic to drive through our ecosystem and continue to optimise what we already have! We are ready to scale and now It’s time for the fun stuff.
We currently use organic content, fb ads, Instagram ads, google ads, email marketing, podcast, influencers, affiliates, & SEO. So these channels would need to be optimised and scaled, but we would also like to explore new streams of traffic: guest blogs, partnerships, Tikatok ads, direct mail, and any other ways we can use to find more people to help with our company products.
We have a big technology and marketing internal team of around 20 people, as well as many premium agencies to support the strategic direction of the Digital Marketing Director.
This would be very much a thinking role focusing on strategic growth rather than any implantation. We need somebody to strategize, direct, manage, analyse data and make decisions to improve performance and results.
We are very much focused on growth, so the person who is the right fit for this role will look to come into the role to transform the department. We think big, so we’d want someone to support us to 27X leads in the business over 5 years. This role is 100% focused on results and driving the team and the company towards growth, rather than anything else. These results and growth will be compensated back in equity. We want to ensure you’re motivated to grow the division and are financially rewarded for doing so.
The right candidate would have experience and education with online-based marketing with proven results in managing and optimising campaigns and teams with a successful return on investment and a track record of aggressively scaling business. This is a senior role for a talented marketer and director and if you don’t have an impressive record for scaling similar companies, this won’t be for you.

We are flexible with hours, but we expect the role to be embodied so it’s a part of your everyday life. If messages are being sent about in the evenings and weekends, this is not unusual – but at the same time, sitting in the spa whilst you create some new ideas, or meeting with a new contact for cocktails in the middle of the day, is completely fine too.
