The Job Description 

We’re looking for someone to join our large scale WordPress environment to develop and integrate a gamification system into our existing Learndash setup. You would also assist with optimising and creating technologies that work with our existing technical stack to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our customer experience within their learning portal.

The first project would include fully integrating a new gamification system that will allow our users to complete quizzes, get badges and any other feature that will improve the overall interactivity of our platform.

You would be solely responsible for analysing the data, looking for areas of improvement with customer engagement, experience and retention, finding new features that could improve the members area, implementing the features, testing them and rolling them out to our users.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working with Elementor
  • Experience in LearnDash
  • Expericine of setup and maintenance of gamification systems for a medium sized audience

Job Activities 

You will be responsible for all copywriting in the business. Whether than is daily emails, product launches that require email sequences or sales pages, ad copy, or any other form of copy, this will solely be your responsibility to create captivating copy in a way that creates leads and sales in the business.

Experience 

The key to a good copywriter is their ability to understand the customer and articulate a good offer. It is for this reason that it’s important that you have experience working in the online space, and are familiar with launches, webinars, and selling info-products to consumers.

You will need at least 3 years experience working in copywriting, but more importantly working in the ‘online business’ space using copy to sell.

The Job Description 

The suitable candidate for this role would love the buzz of hunting for new business, generating opportunities from scratch and making big commissions.

The role would include using social media to find prospects who could benefit from our products and services and create new opportunities to either directly sell low-value products in the range of $97-$297 or to book appointments for the high-ticket sales team to discuss our products that range between $1997-$4,997.

Some lead sources would be provided such as inbound social media enquiries; however, the focus of this role is to generate new opportunities and use new initiatives to find opportunities and create sales that originated solely from your productivity.

The benefit of the product we sell is that our products are in huge demand, the industry is growing, and we are one of the market leaders with the most attractive product-offering. Selling the products we have is very easy. The skill is just to find our demographic online and strike up sales conversations with them. 

To be successful at this role, you’ll need to be extremely comfortable reaching out to cold prospects via social media messages, sending voice notes and making calls to warmer leads to discuss how we can help them.

Commission 

There is an extremely generous, uncapped, commision structure here at The Coaching Masters, where you are in full control of your earnings. We’ve seen some of our sales executives earn in excess of $20,000 per month, due to the willingness to put in the hours and work as hard as they can. If you’re the kind of person who is motivated by money and isn’t afraid to get busy, this role is perfect for you. 

Commision can be made in two key areas:

Low-Ticket Direct Sales 

The way our sales funnel works is we offer a range of introductory high-value coaching courses for between $97-$297, that allow our customers to try out our products and see what they think. After this point a lot of our customers decide to purchase our high-ticket courses, which means this is a great way for us to acquire new customers. For this you’d get 50% commission and earn between $50-$150 per sale.

Appointment Making For High-Ticket Sales

We have a team of high-ticket closers who are extremely skilled in closing our premium courses in the range of $1997-$4997. If you believe a prospect is a good fit to potentially make a purchase for our high-ticket courses, we can offer them a completely free strategy session, where one of our closers will support them to work out a plan of how we can help them, and then close them into one of our courses. Our closers have a close-rate of above 25% which means 1 in 4 of your appointments will convert into commission instantly – and if they don’t, maybe a low-ticket product would be a better fit for them to start with. If you’re to generate an appointment that converts into a sale, you would receive 10% of the sale revenue which is around $197-$497 per sale.

Realistic On Target Earnings

If you’re to convert one low-ticket sale per day at an average commission of $100 and book 4 appointments a day where one of them converts into a sale at an average commision of $350, your commission alone would be $450 a day, which would average at around $10,000 per month.

Progression 

We are a young start-up company that has grown from 1 person to a multi-million dollar company with over 30 employees in just two years, so progression can be very quick. We are always on the lookout for managers who can create their own teams within the business or take on other projects to increase commissions. One of the first developments of your role would be to move into high-ticket sales closing. The current earnings for this role is between $100,000 – $200,000 per year. As soon as you show results in your current position, we would look to move you into this role.

Our Growth-Focused Mindset 

We are very much focused on growth, so the person who is the right fit for this role will look to come into the role to transform the department. We think big, so we’d want someone to aim to double leads in the business within the first few months. This shouldn’t be hard based on our growth anyway, but the person for this role would be there to ensure it happens as quickly as possible. These results and growth will be compensated back in generous commision. We want to ensure you’re motivated to grow the division and are financially rewarded for doing so. 

Your Experience 

The right candidate would have proven experience of at least 3 years with outbound sales or lead generation with results in making direct sales, booking appointments and generating opportunities that convert into sales.

We have other team members running traffic from Instagram and Facebook, so you will be collaborating to create an ecosystem of ads that help create leads and also close sales. Data analysis and optimisation will be a huge part of this role.

Experience

The right candidate would have proven experience of at least 3 years working as a customer service representative with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Multimedia Designer with at least 2 years experience as a Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer / Video Editor for an Online Ecommerce Business in the Coaching Industry.

Position: Multimedia Designer

Basic Salary: $745 per month Basic 

Hours: Full-Time 170 Hours per month

Holiday: 20 Days P/A 

Location: Remote Working 

  • Do you have at least 2 years experience as a Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer / Video Editor?
  • Are you proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects?
  • Do you have basic knowledge in Adobe Audition and Photoshop?
  • Are you equipped with the right tools such as at least 8GB of RAM or higher and fast internet speed?
  • Do you have strong time management skills?

The Job Description 

The suitable candidate for this role would be the creative minds behind advertisements, informational videos, and many other types of content you come across online.

The role would include objectively executing designs based on creative brief and branding guidelines.

It will also require putting together graphics and videos for Social Media Content. This is not limited to simple videos, but rather creating amazing and eye-catching motion graphics. 

To be successful at this role, you’ll need to be extremely comfortable in using the right tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects, a creative mind and paying attention to detail. 

Your Experience 

The right candidate would have proven experience of at least 2 years experience as a Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer / Video Editor.

Please do not apply for this role if you don’t have Multimedia experience or if you have any resistance around new business. 

Pro-Active Builder & Creator 

The right fit to join our team would also be okay with creating new processes and systems for themselves.
