Only 5 years ago, I was wrapped up in feelings of utter despair, feeling lost and totally locked in a damaging dark cloud in my mind. I didn’t know who I really was anymore… I had a loving husband and three amazing sons… BUT, something had happened to me… I was going through the motions of life, doing what needed to be done, and putting on a brave face on the outside, but on the inside, there was a vast range on insecurities and doubt about EVERYTHING.
Now, I have come along way in my journey and I’m proud of my accomplishments. I have eliminated sabotaging self-doubt, I wholeheartedly believe in myself, I am confident and happy. I have found my true purpose in life and feel more ALIVE and FREE than ever before…
This life-changing success was achieved by coaching. I was coached and found freedom. Freedom from EVERYTHING that was holding me back. Coaching changed my life. The results from experiencing being coached first hand, built up a passion and desire so deep inside me to tell my story and help others. If I can be free from inner demons, then so can you!

I offer 13-week one to one coaching programmes. Comprising of a 2 hours deep dive session, 12 weekly 1-hour coaching session, membership to a private FB community and regular phone/text check-ins for $995. Or you can buy one-off sessions for $85.00
I work online via Zoom video conferencing. A recording of the session can be supplied upon request (free of charge). Weekly goals will be set and I will hold you accountable to your goals to ensure you keep moving forwards the life you desire.

Katy has been instrumental in releasing some of the blocks I had. I was really struggling with how others would perceive the career choice I had been dreaming of for years!
